Huntington Beach, California – Prospective homebuyers have their first opportunities to buy a luxury detached home at Brightwater Saturday, March 2, as the first new homes of Capri are released for sale, starting at 10 a.m.  Offered well in advance of model home grand opening, these new homes will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and only to pre-qualified buyers who are on the Eligibility List.

“We anticipate very strong response to this first opportunity,” said Lori Schulte, sales representative. “This is a truly exciting time for Eligibility List buyers, and for us, as we help them start their move to a new home at Brightwater!”

To become part of Brightwater’s Eligibility List, please contact Jeff Wiersma at Wells Fargo PMB. E-mail Jeff.Wiersma@wellsfargo.com or call Jeff at 714-640-9302 for additional information. Capri is one of three new neighborhoods being created at Brightwater, a Huntington Beach master-planned community with unobstructed views of the Bolsa Chica Wetlands and the Pacific. Joining Capri are the Azurene and Seaglass neighborhoods, where first sales releases are scheduled for late March.

Capri includes four floorplan designs of approximately 1,992 to 2,685 square feet of living space. With an eclectic and authentically detailed mix of Hampton, Monterey, Cottage and Traditional styles, the new homes of Capri capture Brightwater’s unique “beachy-luxe” lifestyle.

Highlighting Capri’s distinctive designs are welcoming entries and inviting family room layouts with island kitchens and spacious entertainment areas. Included in every design is the Huntington Room, an attached, covered patio that comes with fireplace and disappearing sliding Nano doors for easy entertaining. Huntington Rooms at Capri range from 280 to 326 square feet, adding gracious indoor/outdoor expansion to entertainment and gathering spaces.

Each Capri design also provides four bedrooms and up to 4.5 baths. Depending on plan selected, buyers will have opportunities to create such room alternates as a bunkroom, den, flex room, prep kitchen or teen room. “We aimed for great livability with each floor plan, and then integrated personalizing choices that serve diverse households,” said Todd Cunningham, president of Brightwater builder Woodbridge Pacific Group.

For pre-qualified buyers, the exciting process of personalizing can begin now, with a review of the price-included and optional features that are available to create a beautifully personalized home.  Via access to Residential Design Online, pre-qualified buyers can also create wish lists and budgets from the extensive array of possibilities, and consult with the designers of Residential Design Service.

Brightwater’s three new neighborhoods feature 11 floorplan designs, with pricing starting in the mid $800,000s and ranging to over $2 million. Living spaces will range from approximately 1,992 to 2,685 square feet at Capri; 3,192 to 3,732 square feet at Seaglass; and 3,751 to 4,764 square feet at Azurene. Emphasizing indoor/outdoor living enjoyment and an array of luxury amenities, the homes will provide 3 to 6 bedrooms and 2.5 to 6.5 baths.

Model home grand opening for Capri is planned for late April, while early summer grand openings are planned for Azurene and Seaglass model homes. The summer celebrations will include the debut of a spacious community center with clubhouse, pool, spa and gym, which will serve the three new neighborhoods.
