Pardee Homes Earns Highest Customer Ratings In North America In 11th Annual Avid Awards

Pardee Homes’ Inland Empire Division has won top awards for highest customer service ratings as measured by Avid® Ratings in the largest assessment of homebuyer satisfaction in North America.

El Segundo, California, May 15, 2014 -- Pardee Homes has won two top awards for highest customer ratings, as measured in the largest assessment of homebuyer satisfaction in North America. Based in Lake Elsinore, California, the homebuilder’s Inland Empire Division is Avid® Ratings 2014 Avid Cup Winner. The Avid Cup recognizes the builder with the highest customer ratings throughout North America, covering three separate homeowner surveys, from contract signing through one year of home ownership.

Pardee’s Inland Empire Division also won the Avid Diamond Award for highest customer ratings nationwide, for the new home move-in experience. This award reflects scores of surveys conducted separately within the U.S. and Canada. Surveys are divided into production and custom builder categories that recognize the differences between these types of homes.

The 2014 Avid Awards included a record 747 qualifying builders, representing the largest assessment of homebuyer satisfaction in North America. Home building companies included in this year’s study represented 20% of the largest publically traded NYSE/NASDAQ builders, nearly 34% of North America’s largest private builders, and hundreds of small volume and custom builders from coast to coast.

Avid Ratings also bestowed Avid Service Awards on 17 employees from Pardee Homes’ Inland Empire, San Diego and Las Vegas divisions. The 17 winners included construction superintendents, customer service representatives, sales representatives and new home designers. The company’s Las Vegas division additionally won the Avid Benchmark Award, bestowed on two companies per region in each of Avid’s U.S. regions who achieve the top 25% of survey scores for the overall home buying experience.
